RESIDENCY | The What & The Why
Skyline Residency is a 2-year program designed to prepare young leaders for the long haul of ministry and to equip emerging church leaders for a lifetime of ministry significance.
Leadership Development and investing in young leaders for the long haul of ministry is a MUST for any church. We believe pastoral ministry is a unique calling requiring a unique perspective and experience that can only be learned in the church and from its leaders. As a resident at Skyline Church, we hope to close the gap between your willingness and your readiness for ministry.
The Residents - Who Are They?

Who We Are
Skyline Church Is A Thriving Church in Rancho San Diego.
We exist to help people find and follow Jesus seven days a week.
This is the “why” of what we do. We are convinced that every person needs to know the grace and power of having an authentic, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.
The Vision
Skyline is a growing church in San Diego, CA and We have a HUGE Vision to reach 10,000 people in the next 10 years.
Our strategy is to do this through our multiple campuses. We currently have 4 campuses in operation and we are poised to open more campuses in the coming years… with a goal of 10 campuses in the next 10 years.
This is why we need you! Young leaders who are hungry for the Kingom of God to expand in amazing ways in and through the local church. Besides… San Diego is a pretty sweet place to live!
