The Dream Team at Skyline Church consists of members who know and understand their gifts from God and want to give back by serving. From helping new guests find parking and their way around campus, to leading the Next Generation by serving on a Next-Gen Ministry team, to setting up and tearing down events on campus, to reaching our community locally and globally through Missions, our team is committed to helping people find and follow Jesus seven days a week!
We are so glad you are interested in serving at Skyline Church! One of our core values is Ministry, and we like to say Saved People, Serve People. We have many different options for you to serve at our church, and we encourage you to find the area where you fit best!

Guest Services: We take hospitality seriously. Ok, we smile a lot, too. We are looking for people who are friendly, have a ready smile, and are welcoming to all guests.
Usher Team: The goal of the Usher Team is to make all guests feel welcomed and cared for, efficiently serving and seating all guests, and reducing distractions as guests enter into and exit from a worship experience.
Greeter Team: Greeters get to be the first point of contact as guests arrive on the church campus. We need folks who can smile, give a hug, and help guests make that transition from the parking lot to the worship experience.
Campus Host Team: So many new guests come to Skyline each week that we wanted a team to focus just on first-timers. That can include learning names, giving a tour of the facility, accompanying and giving introductions to the children’s ministry staff, or giving introductions to a pastor. Who knows? You may be the person they’re comfortable saying hi to when they return!
Parking Lot Team: At our church, we believe that every guest experience begins the moment they arrive—from street to seat. With a large campus and multiple parking areas, our Parking Lot Team plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and seamless first impression. Whether it’s directing traffic, staffing carts, or assisting at the drop-off zone, we help guests transition smoothly from their cars to our patios and building entrances. Our goal is to make everyone feel seen, valued, and guided every step of the way—long before they ever step inside the doors.

Elementary Small Group Leaders: Elementary Small Group Leaders are the heartbeat of Skyline Kids. Your goal is to intentionally connect with kids, helping them take steps to find and follow Jesus. You partner with parents by modeling trust and love, showing them that their child is cared for deeply.
Preschool Ministry: As part of the Preschool Dream Team, your goal is to build loving relationships with our littlest ones, helping them begin their journey of knowing and following Jesus. Every hug, smile, and story plants seeds of faith that will last a lifetime.
Large Group Host: Large Group Hosts are the storytellers and energy leaders of our Elementary environment. You guide kids through the Bible story in a way that’s fun, engaging, and memorable—helping God’s Word come alive before they head to small groups.
Floater/Substitutes: Floaters and Substitutes are the flex players of Skyline Kids, ready to jump in wherever the need is greatest. Whether leading a small group, helping with crafts, or supporting in another classroom, Substitutes step in on a need-basis—sometimes even last-minute—to cover specific roles with excellence and energy. Both roles require flexibility, teamwork, and a heart to serve anywhere, anytime.
First Impressions/ Hospitality: The Hospitality Team is the first impression of Skyline Kids, welcoming every child and family with joy and warmth. We come alongside new families to help them feel at home, partnering with ministry

Skyline Church sends, partners, and supports missionaries and organizations fulfilling the Great Commission. Help plan and serve on both short-term and long-term trips. Climb aboard as we help people find and follow Jesus SEVEN days a week all over the world!

Don’t cook? Not a problem… you can always pick up a meal at a restaurant or deli, or give a gift card to a restaurant.
Prayer: Prayer is one of the most practical ways we can support one another, Eph 6:18 (Message) “In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long.
