HEALTHY BODY WITH PASTOR SCOTTY BOOT CAMP CLASS
Healthy Body with Pastor Scotty Boot Camp Class is a total body workout designed for participants aged 16 – 60. This 4-week session includes a once a week training on Wednesdays at either 6 am or 6:30 pm. This one hour class will be taught in the Skyline Sports Fitness Center.

Skyline Dance Studio has expanded to offered Adult Classes!
Incorporating all the key principles of Pilates, the class practices postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement
and flexibility. They are low-impact. The mat floor exercises may also be combined with other props such as weights, balls, therabands, resistance rings.

An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance. Our energetic instructors lead this choreographed class to upbeat Christian music.
- Wed 9:15 AM (Instructor: Karen Campbell)
Lo-Impact Zumba uses the same aerobic fitness programming, with a low impact emphasis.
